The lodge

After a 4x4 drive, we change to an easy ride on horseback which is guided by local gauchos. The extremely remote location of Mawidako in this virgin Andes Mountains landscape makes it a totally preserved and unique site.

When we reach Mawidako, we are amazed by the beauty of the landscape together with the simplicity and the confort of the cosy lodge.

Cow leather carpets, natural wool panchos, handcraft knives, service done in traditional dress, nothing has been left to chance in this lodge created with priority given to comfort, to details and to environment respect.

Imagine a fine wine, served in a glass, comfortably installed in an armchair and enjoying this amazing scenary, when we would be normaly used to share a plastic glass, seated on the floor….

Mawidako can welcome up to 8 guests (4 persons per yurt of 260 sq ft.)
